Keep the air and water clean for
a healthier you and a healthier planet.

Did you know that water makes up about 75% of your body? It's your most vital nutrient! The body uses water to digest food, keep your blood pumping, carry oxygen and nutrients through your body, and get rid of wastes.

Fresh air is equally as important to your health, as it contains a gas we need to fuel our red blood cells–oxygen! Plants play a crucial role in providing fresh air, since it's their job to take carbon dioxide from the air and turn it into oxygen for us to breathe.

Without enough water and oxygen, our bodies cannot perform very well. That is why it's important to drink plenty of clean water and breathe plenty of fresh air.

How much water should you drink? Check this out.
When air is polluted, it becomes hard for us to breathe in enough oxygen to stay healthy. Some pollutants get into our blood along with the oxygen and are stored in our bodies. Kids are especially sensitive to pollution because they spend more time outside and have smaller bodies than most adults. This means that harmful pollutants in the air, water, and food can have a bigger impact on kids' bodies.

Toxic chemicals used in conventional farming and other industries can contaminate drinking water and poison the air. Regenerative farming practices are the first step in preventing farm runoff from polluting our watersheds–areas where water collects (streams, lakes, and so on). In fact, organic farming actually reduces agricultural pollution.
