We require an adult’s permission for all children, regardless

Policy
Welcome to Kidsregen.org, The Rodale Institute®’s
youth educational program, located in Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
Kidsregen.org’s mission is to provide age-appropriate,
solution-oriented activities and information based on nature
and gardening that empower kids to make healthy choices for
themselves and the environment.
Kidsregen.org is a free site and welcomes all visitors. We want
all children, families, and educators to feel confident that
Kidsregen.org is a safe place for kids to visit, learn, and
grow! As a non-profit, we are not required under federal law
to adhere to the laws provided by the Children’s Online
Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). However, we are committed to
ensuring the safety of all children who visit the site, and
that is why we comply with COPPA laws as they pertain to children
less than 13 years of age. Membership
A child’s participation in activities will not be conditional
upon providing more personal information than is reasonably necessary
to participate in any activity. Visitors may freely use all areas
of the Kidsregen.org website, with the exception of its Kidsregen
Clubs member’s only pages. In order to encourage more active
participation in activities, Kidsregen.org invites children, and families
to register for free membership. All members receive a screen name
and a password to use for verification purposes. Using this secret
password, members may access special member’s only pages that
contain information, activities, contests, and giveaways not found
elsewhere on the site. Children of any age may not become members
without the consent of a parent or guardian, and we strongly encourage
adults to join their children in a family membership as they discover
the site’s wealth of information. Collection and Disclosure
